Homunculi of Hades

A short 5 page D&D 5e dungeon delve into a crazed cultists lair, for players roughly Lv5.  Random tables and stat blocks Included, but feel free to put whatever you want in the chests is it fits your overall campaign better.

Using alchemy and bastardised science Hades tries to create the answer for his plague of mortality. The ritual has begun, will you put a stop to his horrific experiments? Aid him in perfecting his ritual? Or just steal all of his stuff when he's busy?
